Give aways may happens from time to time. In the case these happen.
-No Purchase is required for Participation.
-TRG reserves the right to use any online randomizer, or other means to decision the outcome of a giveaway.
- You must meet the requirements to enter the giveaway at the time you enter, and at the time you win. If you are selected as a winner, TRG reserves the right to confirm that you meet the terms of enrollment. (For example, if the giveaway of a tool kit was on the condition that you shared a post, or followed the Facebook page, then you Followed and unfollowed, you will not be eligible to win).
-There may taxable implications to winning a giveaway, this would fall under the terms of a prize, and may need to be reported on your taxes, however, all prizes have their taxes paid for when purchased for a giveaway. Please consult with a Tax Professional in your state. Typically the taxes owed will be about $8 per $100 of prize value.

If any content is found to violate a copyright agreement, the content may provide monetary relief to the copyright owner, though, more often the content will be modified to remove this violation. No intent for copyright violation is made, and all usage is unavoidable, or non-beneficial.
